Style Requirements
Before the start of the program, the athlete informs the Judges of the Form he is about to perform. In the final Fights the presentation of the routine can be presented along with music (optional).In Extreme Forms the athlete can also use weapons.

Duration

Maximum Routine time is 90’’. The athlete can also complete his routine before the time is up.

The performance takes place on 8x8 meters Tatami

Outfit

The athlete competes barefooted or with the special Martial Arts shoes and wearing the traditional suit.
